We offer carefully prepared rice pots and rice bowls made with rice from southern Kyushu, as well as cheese risotto and champon noodles to finish off the hot pot, all tailored to the flavor of the hot pot.

Seafood teahouse.At Uwosa, where fish is the main dish, the fish is ordered from Kagoshima's Miyazaki Central Market, the fatty tuna is made from bluefin tuna, and the conger eel is cooked in a broth that has been boiled for decades.Of course, the dashi rolls are handmade using safe and secure electronic eggs.Since we are a sushi restaurant, we continue to look for authentic ingredients.
